Four Hurt in 4-Vehicle Crash

Kane County, Illinois - Three people were injured and Orchard Road in North Aurora was closed for a period of time after a four-vehicle, head-on crash Friday afternoon. Around 4:30 p.m., Kane County sheriff's deputies were called to the scene of an accident on Orchard Road, between Oak Street and White Oak Drive, in Batavia Township.

Sheriff's detectives and accident reconstruction teams were investigating the crash. Speed does not appear to have been a factor, but drugs or alcohol have not been ruled out, they said.
