Lawsuit Claims Kids Poisoned by Lead Paint

Kane County, Illinois. An Aurora man has sued his landlord, claiming his three young children were sickened by eating chips of lead-based paint in their apartment.

The lawsuit claims that the owner of the property was negligent for not taking proper care when painting the apartment and failing to warn the residents about the lead-based paint.
